Hi, I'm Brandon Kokoszka, owner of NEST Home - Decor & Design

 I am a certified residential interior designer with a background in the home building industry throughout Delaware, while primarily focusing on the beach area. One of my key contributions to our clients is delivering realistic renderings of their designs, which significantly enhances their ability to visualize the final product. This innovative approach not only sets me apart but also empowers clients to make informed decisions about their spaces with real time changes. By bridging the gap between imagination and reality, I ensure that each project reflects the unique personality and preferences of the homeowner.

 

I use a mixture of AutoCAD, Chief Architect, and Twinmotion to create these visuals for builders, contractors, real estate teams, and individuals.

 

I am now bringing my expertise back to the Eastern Shore by launching my first venture, NEST Home - Decor & Design. A home decor shop and design studio combined into one larger vision. Our curated collection brings together the best of both worlds – vintage and new – and demonstrates how these styles can be seamlessly blended to achieve a timeless design. With the focus on neutrals, naturals, and subtle hints of color that reflect the Eastern Shore and Delaware beaches.
