For this project, I collaborated with Olde School Builders based in Easton, MD. The homeowner wanted to completely gut the interior, add-on a two story addition to the rear, add a proper front porch, and refinish the entire exterior. I worked closely with the builder to consolidate all the client’s ideas, refining them to develop a more cohesive design and layout that would better suit their requirements. These plans were completed in the fall of 2025, with construction to start in the winter of 2026.
