Black Walnut Point

For this project, I collaborated with Olde School Builders based in Easton, MD. The homeowner wanted to lift her ranch-style house to incorporate a two-car garage and additional storage beneath, alongside a complete renovation of both the interior and exterior. I worked closely with the builder to consolidate all the client’s ideas, refining them to develop a more cohesive design and layout that would better suit her requirements. These plans were finalized in early 2025, and construction is now in progress.
